If you are processing each hole, will not only prolong the processing time, but also easy to cause the error. Combination drilling machine designed in this paper can not only reduce the processing time, improve efficiency, but also effective in reducing the machining error. In this paper, the main body of the combination drilling machine design. In the design of transfer and unit machine, the multi-axle box design and the calculation is the key. The machine performance can be evaluated and it’s mainly determined by the technical – economic indicators. The structure of multi-axle box is the key parts to the entire machine tool, the reaction of the machine performance, efficiency and accuracy. The processing schematic drawing indicates the machine tool processing process, the cutting tool, auxiliary position condition, work piece and jig, the position relations of various spare parts in the engine part and so on .The machine tool assembly drawing expresses the cooperate relationship between each composition part of the machine tool and the name, code, quantity and the movement relationship of all parts, components standard parts and general part. Examines weather the relative position and size between the various parts satisfies the processing request and whether the general part is appropriate and so on the content.
