高压输电线路中绝缘子图像检测技术研究 摘要:随着数字图像处理技术在电力系统中的广泛应用,图像信息的作用越来越重要。利用图像处理技术对电力设备状态图像进行分析,可以实现对电力设备状态的检测,及时发现异常现象和潜在故障。这不仅对电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义,而且还可以极大地提高电力系统的自动化程度,最终实现电力系统值守无人化。 本文对实际的电力设备图像进行了直方图增强、中值滤波、边缘检测和图像二值化等预处理。在对绝缘子图像的检测和识别中,通过像素点统计(面积计算),将检测图与原图的像素点数作差(差值B),与设定的临界值C比较。若BC则正常运行,否则异常报警。 利用MATLAB为工具软件平台,验证各种算法的有效性和实用性,有效对几种电力设备图像的状态进行检测和识别。使用GUI图像用户界面,使得展示过程更为直观。随着数字图像处理相关技术的不断完善,将为电力系统中视频监控提供一条崭新的技术手段。 关键词:绝缘子,状态检测,像素点统计,特征提取,GUI Study of insulator image-detection techonology in high voltage transmission line Abstract:With the wide application of digital image processing technology in the power system, the importance of image information is becoming more and more. Using image processing techniques to analyze the power device state images, it can achieve the state of power equipment testing and detect anomalies and potential failure. It is not only important for safety and stable operation of the power system,but also can significantly improve the automation of power system and achieve ultimately unmanned management. In this paper, the primary processing of insulator image includes median filtering, histogram enhancement and image preprocessing binary, meanwhile the image morphological dilation algorithm and seed fill operation are also very important factors. In the stage of image recognition and analysis, according to the calculate result of images ’ pixel, B is the pixel number of the detected image, C is the assumed critical value.If BC,norrmal operating,or alarming. MATLAB is used as a tool software that can check the efficiency and practicability of various algorithms and detect fast the state recognition of power equipment image. The application of GUI graphical user interface makes the demonstration process more intuitive. As the digital image processing technologies related continue to improve, it will turn out to be a promising technique in the power system monitoring.
