Abstract: Social power running sports is the direction of sports reform and development in the future, an important
way to ensure public sports service supply efficiency and fairness, to promote effective competition among the
sports industry, and to realize the effective allocation of sports resources; social power running sports is feasible and
necessary. Paths for boosting social power running sports include the followings: accelerate the return of the public
power of sports governance to society; realize the changing of sports resources from “internal circulation” to “sys-
tem circulation”; realize the changing of social power from “passive participation” to “active participation”; strive to
implement such important measures as “manage running, promote changing, value regulating, boost innovating and
