舞蹈基本功训练存在的问题及对策研究 【摘要】高等师范院校音乐专业的学生在走入工作岗位后要承担多项教育任务,因此,舞蹈对于他们极其重要。那么,在舞蹈训练的前期,要让学生打好坚实的基础,才能使学生后来的学习轻松有效果。基本功训练在舞蹈学习当中就显现出其关键之所在。本文就学生基本功训练做了具体阐述,并论述了如何有效地进行基本功训练。对于音乐专业学生的舞蹈基本功训练十分重要。如不经系统、严格的基本功训练,学生必跳不好舞,将来也教不好舞。这恰如一个不会字、不懂语法修辞的人,必然不会写文章一样。道理似乎人人都懂,但实践起来往往背道而驰。因为基本功训练枯燥、单调、又累又苦,又要持之以恒,于是,训练中便出现“虎头蛇尾”或“一曝十寒”的现象。舞蹈优秀人才的培养离不开两个条件，一是选材，一个具备从事舞蹈艺术专业素质条件的幼苗是成功地培养一个舞蹈艺术人才的基础；二是育材，即运用科学的方法和途径，达到成材的目的。实践证明：选材不易育材更难。因为前者是客观存在，后者是舞蹈教育工作者主观因素所决定的。能否使一位较好的幼苗最终成材，要看教师所运用的教学手段、素材、方法和途径是否科学适当，而这正是人材培养成功与否的关键。这就是说在舞蹈艺术教育实践中，选材是基础，育才是关键。在教学中，对相同的学生传授相同的内容、相同的动作，并使用相同的时间，不同的教学手段，不同的教学方法所达到的效果必定是不尽相同的。俗话说善教施教如驶满帆，一路顺风；不善教者施教如攀陡壁，步履艰难。如何在教学过程中熟悉和把握这些舞蹈教学的规律及特点，对提高教学质量起到了决定性的作用。以下本人仅就教学实践中的初步的探索，谈谈对基本功教学的认识。 【关键字】舞蹈;教育心理；基本功训练; Abstract Normal University music students into jobs in the shoulder after a number of educational tasks, therefore, extremely important for their dance.
