广州某酒店中央空调系统设计 摘要 本设计中该酒店集商场、办公为一体m2，共十四层，地下一层，地上十三层。根据不同的房间功能，选用的空调系统分别是一次回风全空气系统和风机盘管加独立新风系统。一层商场、超市、大厅和二层的餐饮场所等大空间采用一次回风全空气系统，从室外引进的新风经过处理后直接与回风混合后由散流器下送风；其余的房间采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统，室外新风经过新风机组处理到室内空气焓值，再与经过风机盘管处理的室内回风进行混合达到送风状态点，通过气流组织计算，确定各个房间的送风方式为侧送风或者散流器下送风的形式。依据计算得到的制冷量，选择了水冷螺杆式冷水机组作为冷源。冷冻水从由地下室的制冷机房经过空调水井立管供应，水系统为闭式异程双管制水系统。通过对风管，水管的管线布置及水力计算，确定其最不利环路压力，用以校核新风机组的风机余压和选择冷冻水泵。 关键词：空调系统；全空气系统；风机盘管加新风系统；侧送风；螺杆式冷水机组 DESIGN OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF A HOTEL BUILDING IN GUANGZHOU ABSTRACT The building in this article is a hotel building integrating the markets, offices, restaurant，karaoke and bedrooms into one. It is located in Guangzhou and the gross floor area is about 27090 square meters.It has 14 floors altogether which has13 floors on the ground and has 1 floor under the ground. The air conditioning system is divided into two different systems acc- ording to its function. For the large space such as mall of the first floor and restaurant of the second floor , the complete air system with primary return air is applied. The air-conditioning equipment deals with the supply and the air return. The diffuser with flat air supply is adopted. For the other little rooms such as offices and bedrooms of the third to the thirteen floor, the fan coil and independent fresh air system system is applied. FCU system deals with the returning air. Lateral air supply is adopted. The writer of this paper chooses water-cooled screw water chiller as the cold source by the economic and technical comparison, the chilled water which is a closed two-pipe direct return water system supplied by the refrigerating plant room, then, figures out the water power computation of the air hose and the water pipe and arranges the piping.
