即刻种植和早期种植对种植体周围软组织美学效果的临床评价 刘薇丽1,张颖齐2,李镭3（450002河南 郑州，人民医院口腔科1，065000河北即刻种植组龈乳头，边缘龈水平在3个月随访时出现退缩，与基线期相比有显著性差异。Aesthetic effect of immediate implant and early implant of upper anterior single tooth Liu Weili1,Zhang Yingqi2, Li Lei3 (1Department of Stomatology, Zhengzhou People’s Hospital, Zhengzhou, Henan Province 450002;2Department of Stomatology,china national petroleum corporation central hospital,langfang,hebei Province 065000;3Department of Oral Implantology,Hospital of Stomatology Wuhan University, Wuhan, Hubei Province 430079) [Abstract]Objective: To evaluate the aesthetic effect of immediate implant and early implant of upper anterior single tooth.Methods: 62 single maxillary anterior teeth-damaged patients were divided into immediate implant group (n=32) and early implant group (n=30).2 days, 3 months, 1 year and 2 years after the final restoration completed, the bone resorption , pink esthetic score(PES) and patient Satisfaction were observed between the two groups to evaluate the aesthetic effect and survival rate.Result: Four months after the first implant placement one implant of the immediate implant group was failed. The implant survival rate was 98.4%. Bone resorption of the two group were (0.57±0.19）mm and (0.61±0.16)mm, with no significant difference (P0.05) in the 2 yeas follow-up. It was in the normal range.There was no significant difference with the PES scores between the two groups in different timepoint.. The total PES scores of immediate group increase from 9.13 to 10.93 (P0.05) from baseline to 2 years after the restoration. And the early group increase from 6.33 to 10.83 (P005). The papilla and the gingival margin decreased after 3 months compare to the baseline and it was significant digerent(P0.05).The extremely satisfaction were no significant difference between the two groups about, while the immediate group was 87.1% and the early group was 86.6%.Conclusion: Single tooth lost in esthetic zone received immediate implant and early impla
