天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业论文 Golf车型支架注塑工艺分析及模具设计 The Mold Process Analysis and Injection Mold Design of bracket Golf Car 专业班级：机自0901 学生姓名： 指导教师： 副教授 学 院：机械工程学院 2013年6月 摘 要 模具是现代工业生产中的主要工艺设备之一。模具工业的发展水平在很大程度上决定了现代工业以及技术发展的水平。而注射模具在各类模具中又占有相当大的比例，因此，注射模具对工业的发展具有重大意义。 本论文以Golf车型支架塑件为对象，详细介绍其注射模具设计过程。设计中主要运用UG,Moldflow,AUTOCAD等软件，首先进行塑件实体测绘作出其零件图，根据其零件图，运用三维绘图软件UG进行塑件三维实体造型，在此基础上进行必要的工艺性分析。然后确定注射机，并对其主要参数校核。通过Moldflow软件对浇道系统，冷却系统、以及翘曲变形相关参数的分析。通过其分析结果，确定了浇口采用点浇口、模具采用三板模、冷却系统采用阶梯式水路。最后运用UG和模具专家系统EMX，根据一定的计算数据，对浇注系统、冷却系统、顶出系统、排气系统、导向机构、成型零件、限位装置、模架进行了具体设计和三维造型。最后完成模具的装配图、型腔图、型芯图。 运用UG,Moldflow,EMX软件,提高注塑模具设计效率，提升产品质量，减少盲目调机，降低不良率，降低成本，增强竞争力。 关键词：注射模具；UG；Moldflow分析；EMX Abstract The mold is one of the main process equipment in the modern industrial production.Mold industry largely determines the level of development of modern industry and the level of technological development.And In all kinds of mold,the injection mold occupy a considerable proportion,so the injection mould is of great significance to the development of industry. In this thesis,the bracket of Golf car for the study,detailing its injection mold design process.This design mainly uses the UG,Moldflow,AUTOCAD,etc.First,the physical mapping for plastic parts and make their parts diagram,according to its parts diagram,the use of three-dimensional graphics software —UG,for three-dimensional solid modeling plastic parts,on this basis,need the necessary analysis of the process.Then determine the injection machine,and its main parameters to be checked.Through analysis of relevant parameters which blong to the Gating system,cooling system,and warpage by the Moldflow.By results of its analysis to determine the gate using point gate,mold using three plate mold,cooling system using stepwise waterways.Further,we use UG and mold expert system EMX,according to some calculations,carried out the specific design and three-dimensional modeling for Gating system,cooling system,ejection system, exhaust system,guiding me
