Le 30/11/2012 DEFINITION ▓牙周病 Periodontal disease 发生在牙周支持组织的疾病。 is a type of disease that affects one or more of the periodontal tissues(the tooth-supporting structures): alveolar bone，periodontal ligament，cementum or gingiva. ▓消毒防腐药 Disinfectants and antiseptics 是具有杀灭或控制病原微生物生长繁殖的药物。其中在一般浓度下能迅速杀灭病原菌的药物为消毒药；能抑制微生物的为防腐药。 Disinfectant and antiseptic：agents that can kill or inhibit microorganism growth. Including disinfecatant that are applied to non-living objects to destroy microorganisms that are living on the objects with normal concentration and antiseptic that are applied to living tissue/skin to reduce the possibility of infection, sepsis(化脓), or putrefaction（腐烂） ▓盖髓术 Pulp Capping 在接近牙髓的牙本质表面或已经暴露的牙髓创面上，覆盖具有使牙髓病变恢复作用的药物，以保护牙髓，消除病变，促进牙髓的自身修复。用以覆盖牙髓，保存其活力的药物称为盖髓剂。 Pulp capping：use agent to cap the dentin or exposed pulp in order to recovery the damaged pulp.The agent is called capping agent. It should protect the pulp, clear the inflammation and induce pulp self-repair. ▓阳性造影剂 Positive contrast medium: 临床进行X线诊断时，常用造影剂来提高器官或组织的密度对比，使之能较为清晰显影。其中，用于造影的高密度物质为阳性造影剂。 A medical contrast medium (or contrast agent) is a substance used to enhance the contrast of structures or fluids within the body in medical imaging. The agent which can enhance the density of the tissue is called positive contrast medium. ▓药物不良反应 Adverse drug reaction, ADR 指在药物以正常用量和用法用于干预、诊断、治疗疾病或调解生理功能时所发生的意外的、与防治目的无关的、不利或有害的反应。不属于药品质量问题，也不是医疗事故。 Is an reaction that is accidental, irrelevant or harmful to the treatment when the drugs are used to cure or prevent the disease in a normal dosage.
