In numerous resources of the enterprise, the importance of human resources is more and more attention, the development of any enterprise is inseparable from the excellent human resources and the efficient allocation of human resources. Enterprise staffs knowledge level, knowledge ability, innovation ability, management ability and decision-making ability will directly affect the enterprise in the department of operation, affect the whole operation and development of enterprises. Keywords: Enterprise training; Training system; Human resources 1 Introduction The development of global economy, product homogeneity is increasingly intensified. The competition between modern enterprises, between industry and industry internal competition, in the final analysis is the competition of human resources. Its core is the talent competition. Training refers to the employees through learning and constantly improve on knowledge, skills, attitudes, the function of maximum make employees match with current and expected functions, and improve employee performance now and in the future work.
