十一层商住楼的高层建筑给水排水设计[精品].doc

摘 要 本设计是小区十一层商住楼的高层建筑给水排水设计，主要包括给水系统排水系统、消防系统、喷淋系统和屋面雨水系统五个部分。 给水系统采用分区供水，一到五层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。六层到十一层为高区，采用下行上给的供水方式，采用变频加压向高区管网供水；排水系统采用的是污、废分流制，污水再经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网，废水直接排入市政管网，底层商铺无用水器具，无需单排，设置通气立管，采用三通立管系统；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。喷淋系统采用湿式自动喷淋灭火系统，和消防系统共用消防水箱和贮水池；雨水采用的是外排水系统，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水系统的管材低区采用PP—R管，热熔连接，高区采用钢管，螺纹连接；消防系统的管材采用钢管，螺纹连接；自动喷水灭火系统采用镀锌钢管，管径不大于50mm时，采用丝扣连接，管径大于50mm时，沟槽连接；排水系统和雨水系统都采用UPVC管，焊接连接。 关键词：商住楼 分区供水 污废分流 湿式灭火系统 Abstract The design is a residential 10-floor commercial and residential high-rise building water supply and drainage design, including the water supply system, drainage systems, fire systems, sprinkler system and roof rainwater systems of five parts。 The water supply system area water supply, one to five for the low zone, directly by the municipal pipe network water supply.
