编号 毕业论文 题 目 苏宁的物流配送现状及对策分析 学生姓名 学 号 系 部 商学院 专 业 物流管理 班 级 指导教师 顾问教师 二〇一四年六月 摘 要 苏宁物流是围绕营销展开供应链的，物流的决策被纳入营销战略进行综合管理，形成协调的竞争战略，通过先进的物流信息系统、机械化作业平台和有效整合的物流网络，提供服务产品和物流解决方案。但自建物流体系所产生的成本也越来越多地挤占家电零售行业本己微薄的利润空间。? 本文采用了现场操作、访问，资料整合等方法，以苏宁（苏宁总部在南京，而南京的简称是“宁”，“苏”就是江苏的简称，所以称做“苏宁”）为研究对象，首先分析了大型家电连锁企业物流配送系统的特征，总结了连锁企业物流配送的相关理论，归纳出了家电连锁企业物流配送特点，并对家电连锁企业一般所采用的三种物流配送模式进行了分析；接着了解了苏宁物流配送的模式及存在的问题，分析了苏宁的自建物流体系，大型家电连锁企业物流配送发展的现状及存在的问题；最后针对苏宁物流配送的问题找出关键影响因素，运用大型家电连锁企业物流配送模式的选择方法，提出改进苏宁物流配送的措施，并延伸到对整个家电连锁企业物流配送模式的分析。这对于提高苏宁配送的效益、降低苏宁物流配送成本、提高效率等具有重要的意义。 关键词：家电连锁；物流配送；配送模式；第三方物流Abstract Suning is built around marketing, supply chain logistics decision was incorporated into the marketing strategy of integrated management, the formation of harmonious competition strategy, through the use of advanced logistics information system, mechanical operation platform and the effective integration of logistics network, provide services and logistics solutions.
