10000吨/年葡萄酒厂工艺设计及设备选型 摘 要 葡萄酒是世界上最早的饮料酒之一,产量在世界饮料酒中列第二位。由于葡萄酒酒精含量低、营养价值高,是健康卫生的饮料,所以是饮料酒中优先发展的品种之一。故葡萄酒厂设计也很重要,而葡萄酒厂的经济设计是现代社会设计师们共同追求的目标,而且他们也在不断地努力。葡萄酒的消费总量在提升,葡萄酒的质量和消费者的品味也随之攀高 关键词 :工艺流程;工艺控制;物料衡算;工艺设备;设备布置 10,000 Tons/Year Winery Technics Design and Selection of Equipment Abstract Wine is the worlds first drink wine production in the world, one of the beverage wine list. Due to the wine low in alcohol, high nutritional value, is the health drink, so is beverage wine gives priority to the development of one of the breed. So winery design also is very important .Wine factory’s economy design is the target of designers’ common pursuits in modern times society. Furthermore, they constantly make great efforts. With the gross of wine consuming advanced, the wine’s quality and the consumers’ taste also develop. So producing wine with high quality is general trends, we should firmly get hold of this occasion to improve the environment of our enterprises, refresh the equipment and create vintage wine. So this design has a whole concept which contains the fewness cost, the maximal value, the classic equipments’ setting line and producing the best wine. This paper is aimed at DanFeng winery which in southeastern ShanXi design, this distillery currently scale for 5000 tons/year high-grade wine production capacity. This design must aim at its 10,000 tons/year and expansion. The text first described the red, dry raw material, process flow and process control, then for technics design and product solutions corresponding materials calculation, and choose the process equipment, finally to equipment layout give a preliminary design. The data calculation and the designing method provided are both reasoned repeatedly, which indicates that the request and the goal are both achieved successfully.
