Introduction to REDA ESP Technology 雷达电潜泵技术简介 Conventional REDA ESP Technology 传统雷达电潜泵技术 Bartlesville, OK 1930 Conventional REDA ESP System 传统雷达电潜泵系统 Pump 潜油泵 Centrifugal Pumps The REDA pump is a multistage centrifugal pump, containing a selected number (application dependent) of impellers equipped with vanes, inside a closely fitted diffuser, located in series an axial shaft, driven by the electrical motor. 雷达潜油泵是一种多级离心泵。泵由很多级带有叶片的叶轮及导壳紧密配合以串联方式安装在泵轴上。泵是由电机驱动。 Each “stage” consists of an impeller and a diffuser. 每一泵级由一个叶轮和一个导壳组成。 A centrifugal pump creates pressure by the rotation of a series of vanes in an impeller 离心泵是通过转动叶轮中一系列叶片产生压力 Pump Impeller 潜油泵叶轮 The impeller’s job is to transfer energy by rotation to the liquid passing through it, thus raising the kinetic energy 叶轮的作用是把能量传递给流体,增加其动能 The diffuser section then converts this energy to potential energy, raising the discharge pressure 导壳是将由叶轮产生的流体的动能转化成势能,增加排出压力 Pump Diffuser 潜油泵导壳 Pump Stage Types 泵级类型 The pumps’ main function is to lift fluid from one level to another. 离心泵的作用是把液体举升到地面 Pump Function 潜油泵作用 Intake 泵吸入口 There are three types of intake sections 泵吸入口有三种类型 Standard Intakes or BOI (bolt on intake) 标准型(用螺栓装配固定在泵上) Integral 整合型 Manufactured as part of the pump 已经与泵加工成一体 Gas Separators 气体分离器 Intake – Gas Separator 泵吸入口 – 气体分离器 The gas separator design works in a similar fashion to a centrifuge. It cause the heavier fluids to be forced to the outside, through the crossover and up into the pump, while the lighter fluid (vapor) stays toward the center, and exits through the crossover and discharge ports back into the annulus. 气体分离器工作原理像离心机。比重大的流体会流向四周,流过交叉器后流进泵中。比重小的流体(比如说气)聚集在中央向上通过交叉器的排出口排到环空中。 Intake Function 泵吸入口作用 The intakes’ main function is to allow the liquid into the pumps. 泵吸入口的作用是允许液体进入泵中。 Installed between Intake and Pump, Advanced Gas Handler (AGH) allows higher amounts of free gas up to 45% to be produced by the main pump 高级
