机械毕业设计(论文)-齿轮箱箱体加工工艺及夹具设计【全套图纸SW三维优】
摘 要
箱体零件是箱体部件的主要零件,箱体零件的精度等级与加工直接影响装配精度及机器设备的使用性能。箱体式机器的基础零件,它将机器中的一些零件、部件组成一个整体,并使之保持正确的相对位置,完成必要的相对运动。不同机器中的箱体形状虽然有较大差别,但各种箱体仍有一些共同点,如结构比较复杂、箱体壁厚且不均匀、内部腔形等;在箱体壁上有各种形状的平面以及较多的轴承支承孔和紧固孔,这些平面和支承孔的精度较高,粗糙度较低。箱体的加工质量直接影响箱体部件装备精度、机械性能、使用寿命等。
本设计的主要内容是齿轮箱箱体模型的建立及其加工工艺分析。本设计采用SolidWorks 2003建模,根据给定的零件图建立了毛坯和箱体零件的三维模型。然后根据零件图上的技术要求重点分析了箱体的加工工艺,以及在加工中用到的机床、刀具等等,编写了工艺卡片和部分数控加工程序;针对零件上轴承孔在镗床上进行加工,设计了镗床加工的专用夹具。

Abstract
Box-type parts is the main component parts box,Precision parts cabinet level directly affect the assembly and processing accuracy and the use of machinery and equipment performance. Box is the basis of machine parts and the maintain parts in relative position and complete the necessary movement. Although there are many differences in the shape of the body of the different machines, some common variety of cabinet features exist, such as the structure of complex thin-walled box and uneven-shaped internal cavity, etc. There are a variety of wall cabinet in the shape of the plane, as well as more support bearing hole and fastener hole, which has higher accuracy and lower roughness. The quality of the box directly affects the assembly precision parts, machinery performance and life.
The box model and analysis processes are the main elements of the design manual gear box. According to the given parts, I build a rough three-dimensional model of body parts by using SolidWorks 2008 model. Then I analyze the processing tank based on the focus, which is the parts of the technical requirements, and the machine tools that used in the processing, and so on. At last, I prepare the card technology and some CNC machining process. In addition, as the boring machine parts should be carried in the processing, I also describe the design of jig boring machine.
