人民币跨境贸易结算试点中存在的障碍及对策.doc

摘要 国际金融危机爆发以来，国际贸易中最主要结算货币——美元和欧元汇率都经历了剧烈波动，同时，国际金融危机和世界经济放缓对贸易融资产生了较大冲击。在美元和欧元汇率剧烈波动中，我国企业和贸易伙伴国企业普遍希望使用币值相对稳定的人民币进行计价和结算，从而规避使用美元和欧元结算的汇率风险，我国已经出台了很多金融政策来应对此次的金融危机。人民币跨境贸易结算试点改革正是其中的一项重要举措，它将对我国的经济金融和国际贸易结算产生重要的影响 以人民币作为跨境贸易的结算货币是刚刚施行的新政策，目前还只是在全国选取5 个试点单位和两个境外区域来进行试行阶段。本文通过对人民币跨境贸易结算详细的介绍来阐述其出台的背景，结算流程，对相关各方的利好之处，以及试点运行中现状和原因，提出相应得措施。通过介绍使大家对这一新的政策实施有一个初步的了解，同时作为中国人，对人民币能够走出国门，走向国际化，成为一种国际结算货币而感动由衷的自豪。 关键词：人民币 贸易结算 现状分析 原因 对策 Abstract Since the financial crisis broke out, the main settlement currency, dollar and euro, in international trade, have gone through huge fluctuations.Meanwhile the world economic slowdown has a big impact on trade finance. The dollar and the euro exchange rates have been volatile. Our businesses and companies from countries of our trading partners generally want to settle and denominate trade in RMB,which is a relatively stable currency. Therefore avoid using the dollar and euro can get rid of exchange rate risk. China has passed a number of financial policies to deal with financial crisis. Cross-border trade settlement pilot reform of the RMB is one of the important initiatives that will have impact on our economic finance and international trade. The cross-border trade settled in RMB currency is a new policy. Currently there are only five selected pilot units in the country and two regions outside to carry out the policy. Based on the detailed description of the policy background, settlement process and the advantages to the related parties, I conclude the reasons for difficulties in the implementation and make some suggestions accordingly. After the presentation we can have a preliminary understanding of this new policy. As Chinese, I am very proud of the internationalization of rmb and happy to see it become an international settlement currency.
