课程设计 题 目 基于TR1001 OOK/ASK 868.35MHZ收发器电路设计 学院名称 指导老师 班 级 学 号 学生姓名   2011年12月 【摘要】 本设计目的是设计一个以芯片TR1001为核心,频率为868.35MHZ,采用OOK及ASK两种调制方式的收发器。设计方案的接收电路中,射频接收信号经SAW滤波器到达射频放大器,射频放大器的输出到达SAW延迟线,同时,检波器输出驱动回转滤波器提供一个等纹波低通滤波器响应,峰值检波器的输出通过AGC比较器也提供一个AGC复位信号到AGC控制电路。接收器的核心是时序放大接收部分,天线阻抗范围为35~72,外接一个串联匹配线圈和一个并联的ESD保护线圈,从而对RFIO进行匹配。数据限幅器将从BBOUT来的模拟信号转换成数字流。为了避免信号在低通滤波器传递和峰值检波器放电所耗的时间段中AGC发生“颤动”,在 AGCCAP端接入一只电容。接收芯片的放大器时序操作由脉冲发生器和RF放大器偏置电路控制,发射部分由一个调制缓冲放大器后接SAW延迟线(谐振器)构成。 【关键字】 TR1001 OOK ASK 收发器 【Abstract】 The design uses a TR1001 as the core to contrive a transceiver, which worked at frequency of 868.35 MHZ, and had two ways of modulation, named OOK and ASK.
