聚丙烯汽车保险杠专用料的研究与开发 摘 要 聚丙烯(PP)由于原材料来源丰富,力学均衡性好,耐化学腐蚀,价格低廉等特点,广泛应用于包装、农业、建筑、汽车、电子电气等行业,用聚丙烯制作的汽车零部件品种较多,汽车保险杠是主要的零部件之一。但聚丙烯强度低,低温韧性较差,限制了它在结构材料领域中的拓展应用,因此要对其进行增强增韧。 本文以聚丙烯(PP)为基础树脂,橡胶(POE)作为弹性体,聚乙烯7042为增韧剂,滑石粉(talc)作为填充剂并且添加碳酸钙(CaCO3)POE与滑石粉的最佳配比均为15%Research and Development of Functionalized Polypropylene Materials for Automobile Bumper Abstract Polypropylene (PP) is widely used for abundant material, good mechanical performance, chemistry-resisting, and low price. Polypropylene has been widely applied in fields of packing agriculture building automobile, electrical equipment et al. There are a lot of types auto spare parts those are used PP. Bumpers are one of the primary parts. But the disadvantages of low rigidity, low strength and low toughness seriously limit their further applications in fields of high-performance structural materials. So Polypropylene should be strengthened and toughness. In this paper, PP as fundamental resin was toughed by elastomeric of polyolefin elastomeric (POE) as primary toughness agent, polyethylene 7042 as toughening agent, talcum (talc) as filler and calcium carbonate for the Special Compound of Car bumper by extrusion technology on twin-screw extruder. And the contents influence the mechanical performance of the Special Compound of Car bumper. The results show that he optimum processing parameter and formulation for the Special Compound of Car bumper were determined, which the most appropriate ratio of POE and talc is all 15 percent.. Blends could be improved by using simple composite crafts and cheap reinforcements. The compound had good process ability, higher impact resistance and spray-paint easily, being a new impact resistant PP with excellent overall property.
