Therefore ， food safety is being concerned by increasing consumers. Furthermore ， there are many factors influencing the problem of food safety. Of these ， food spoilage cause by microorganism may be a main factor. How to detect the microor－ ganisms rapidly in food is still a hot research topic. Thus ， several advanced detection technologies were summa－ rized. Compared with the traditional detection methods ， these methods were more convenient ， faster and more sensitive.
