PAGE 摘 要 本论文研究了等离子喷焊Ni60A合金粉末试样的组织与性能。利用等离子喷焊在低碳钢A3基体表面喷焊一层Ni60A合金粉末,通过调整等离子喷焊的工艺参数,分析工艺参数对喷焊层性能的影响。本文就显微硬度、金相分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、快速磨损等试验结果,分析了喷焊层的组织结构、成分、力学性能及基体与喷焊表层的结合情况。 试验分析结果表明,合金粉末Ni60A等离子喷焊后形成的合金涂层具有一定耐磨性,等离子喷焊层和A3钢基体形成冶金结合,喷焊层是由各种化合物硬质相和基体组成,例如:γ-Ni (Cr,Fe)7C3 Cr2B (CrFe)23CB)6等组成,这些化合物相可以提高涂层的硬度和耐磨性;当工艺参数焊接电流为45A,送粉速度为15%时,得到最佳硬度值为49~53HRC。 关键词:镍基自熔性合金粉末 等离子喷焊 耐磨损性能 组织性能 Titil: The Influence of Spray Process On Coating Microstructure and Properties Abstract This paper investigates the microstructure and properties of the plasma of spray Ni60A alloy powder sample.Spray a layer of Ni60A alloy powderat the low-carbon steel A3 substrate surfaceof plasma spray welding. By adjusting the plasma spray welding process parameters , Analysis the influence of process parameters on the performance of spraying layer. This paper analyzes the organizational structure, composition, mechanical properties and combination of the substrate and the surface of the spray of spraying layer with the test results of Microhardness, metallographic analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and rapid wear.
