青岛农业大学 毕 业 论 文设计 题 目： 甘薯收获机设计 姓 名： 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 班 级： 学 号： 指导教师： 2013年6 月1甘薯收获机设计 摘要 甘薯作为重要的粮食来源，用途非常广泛。甘薯的营养价值不断地被认识到的同时，人们对甘薯产品的需求量也日益扩大，同时甘薯的种植面积也在迅速地增加。甘薯种植和收获过程需要很大的劳动强度，这就使得薯农对甘薯的机械化作业要求更加的强烈。甘薯的收获方法主要分机械收获和人工收获两种。人工收获具有费时、费力、损坏多和漏薯等缺点。随着经济发展，劳动力工价上涨，使得人工收获的成本又高了。而甘薯比马铃薯生长要深，致使马铃薯收获机械收获甘薯时效果不佳。目前我国红薯收获机械面临的主要难题是：减小阻力、防堵问题；提高明薯率，减少漏薯率和伤薯率。针对中国的土地分配特点，小型的甘薯收获机械适应性较强、结构简单、使用可靠、操作方便、成本低，较为适合。这使得甘薯收获效率增加的同时，降低了劳动强度，减少了成本，对于甘薯的机械化起到了关键作用。 关键词：甘薯；收获机；效率；明薯率 The design of sweet potato’s harvesting-machine Abstract Sweet potato as the major source of vegetables，is used widely. As people understanding the value of sweet potatoes deeper and deeper, the demand for the sweet potato’s products is growing. The acreage of sweet potato increases rapidly too. Sweet potato’s cultivation is labor-intensive. This makes the requirements of Mechanized cultivation of sweet potato becomes intense. Sweet potato’s cultivation method is mainly divided two kinds: mechanical harvesting and artificial harvesting. Artificial harvesting is time-consuming, laborious, and more damage and potatoes, drain and other shortcomings. With the development of economy, the costs of the labor rise. That makes the costs of artificial harvesting higher. Sweet potato grows deeper than potato. It results in the potato’s harvest-machine do bad in harvesting sweet potato. At present, our country’s challenges in sweet potato’s harvesting as follow : drag reduction，preventing block，rising the rates of sweet potato’s appearing, loose and damage-rates.
