城市设计视角下的历史街区保护规划研究——以明太原县城历史街区保护规划为例汇总.pdf

摘 要 历史街区是一个城市宝贵的财富，也是一个城市魅力的源泉，然而，人们在享受城 市高速发展所带来的物质愉悦时却将城市中最有魅力的部分遗忘，历史街区在人们的忽 视中日渐衰落，现代城市变得千城一面。当人们开始认识到历史街区的重要性时，却发 现街区的保护和更新并非想象中那么简单，寻找失落空间，恢复人文特色，无论是理论 层面还是实践层面我们都需要进一步探索。 传统的保护规划是从二维层面对历史街区的土地使用进行研究的，而城市设计的优 势在于它强调对三维形体环境的设计，本文即从城市设计的视角，在研究总结相关理论 以及国内外研究成果的基础上，以历史街区的物质空间和人文环境为研究范畴，用城市 设计的方法和理论来探讨和构建适用于历史街区的保护策略。 保护策略从空间秩序的重构、建筑风貌的保护、场所活力的营造及地方精神的传承 这四个层面入手。首先，重构空间秩序包括空间结构分析、巷陌交通组织及街区肌理延 续这三个方面；其次，对建筑风貌的保护则从新建建筑的设计、原有建筑的改造以及新 旧建筑的关系提出了建筑风貌保护的手段和方法；然后，通过街巷和院落的空间、界面、 节点、尺度等讨论了街区场所活力的营造；最后，从历史环境的整合和文化特色的保护 对地方精神传承提出了见解和思路。 论文最后以明太原县城历史街区保护规划为例对前文所构建的策略进行了论证，再 次表达了城市设计在历史街区保护中的重要作用。 关键词：城市设计 历史街区 历史街区保护 i Abstract Historic District is valuable asset of a city, and also the source of the charm of a city , the rapid development of the city bring physical pleasure to us, however, at the same time, people forget the most attractive part of the city, the historic district waning and the modern cities become no different from one to another. Nowadays, people began to realize the importance of the historic district, but found that the protection and update of the block is not as simple as imagined. The traditional protective planning control the land use from two-dimensional level, but the urban design emphasize the design of the three-dimensional physical environment. On the basis of learning and concluding the relevant theory and the research at home and abroad, this article takes the physical space and the human environment for study areas, using the method of urban design to build a protective strategy under the perspective of urban design.
