西南科技大学 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：基于IE的FL公司车削加工车间工作改善研究 年 级：2003级 ■本科 □专科 学生学号学生姓名： 指导教师： 学生单位：制造科学与工程学院 技术职称：高级工程师 学生专业：工业工程 教师单位：工业工程教研室 西 南 科 技 大 学 教 务 处 制 基于IE的FL公司车削加工车间工作改善研究 摘要：伴随中国汽车产业的飞速发展，汽车零部件制造业也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。绵阳市富临精工机械有限公司作为一家专门为汽车生产配件的零部件企业，在生产规模急速扩大的同时，生产管理的落后成为了制约生产发展的一大障碍。随之而来的是订单任务无法按时完成，交货期被迫延迟，企业信誉受到严重影响，经过研究分析有必要在生产作业方面加以改善。 本文通过积极运用工作研究中的方法研究以及作业测定两大技术重点对富临精工机械有限公司车削加工车间首要产品-挺柱体的生产作业进行了改善性研究分析，并提出了改善方案。 通过工作改善研究，有效的提高了瓶颈工序的的作业效率，降低了作业疲劳，减少了用工工时，降低了挺柱体的生产节拍，从而提高了劳动生产率，降低了生产成本。 关键词：工业工程；工作研究；作业改善；劳动标准 An ameliorative research on the Turning Workshop of FL Company based on IE Abstract：’s Auto Industry, car parts manufacturing industry are also facing perfect opportunities. Fulin Precision Machining Co.,Ltd, which is specialized in producing car parts and located in Mianyang, finds that the low-efficiency in both producing and managing a huge handicap to get better with the soar in producing scale. As a result, orders are not be able to be fulfilled on time, deliveries are always forced to be delayed, what is even worse, the credit of the company is affected. In order to turn the tables, it’s quite urgent to make some improvement in manufacturing process after certain analysis. In this paper, Work Study, including two technical methods:Method Study and Work Measured, are extensively used to do ameliorative researches on the staple products in the Turning Workshop of Fulin Precision Machining Co.,Ltd. Ultimately, an ameliorative project is introduced. It shows that, through the ameliorative research, the working efficiency in bottle-neck-procedure is improved significantly, working fatigue is alleviated, time consumed is lessened, pace in producing is slow down, as a result, productivity is improved and production cost is reduced.
