随着人类科学技术的不断发展,人类正面临着从工业社会向信息化、知识化社会的历史性跨越Abstract
In pace with the continuous improvement of the humans science and technology, Humankind is facing the challenge of historical paradigm shift from the traditional industrial society to the modern society with the powerful information technology and the knowledge-based economy. As a result, the individual as well as the whole country appreciate the importance of the knowledge. The core resource of profit and core competency is the base for the society and enterprise’s existence and development. The high valued and invisible knowledge capital (including trade mark, business credit, intellectual property, the knowledge resource of the enterprises, strength of management skills, implementation of competitive strategy, the enterprise culture) has become the core resource of benefit and core competency of the society and enterprises. Humankind, as the carrier of the knowledge, has been considered the most important resource. Therefore, the importance of human resource management in the capital society keeps on increasing nowadays and becomes a competitive advantage over other enterprises which do not emphasizes the importance of HR management. In deed, the enterprises competition is the HR competition in the market.
Subsequent to the joining to the WTO of China, the enterprises of China are now facing the challenges of market, materials resources as well as human resource from all over the world. Chinese Enterprises must set up modern HR management concept, build up a HR management team with high qualification and consummate the HR management System to improve the HR management status from all aspects, This is the only way to succeed and survive in the world with rapid and stiff competition.
