2011 届 学 士 毕 业 论 文 随州市农村乡镇小学体育教师现状的调查与分析 专 业： 体育教育 班 级： 2007级02班 学 生： 指导教师： 黄冈师范学院体育学院 二〇一一年五月 随州市农村乡镇小学体育教师现状的调查与分析 摘 要：运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计分析等方法，对随州市农村乡镇小学体育教师现状进行调查和分析。结果表明：随州市农村乡镇小学体育教师学历达标情况较好，但数量不足，兼职比例过高，工作负担较重，工资待遇偏低；体育课开设情况较差，教材使用、教学组织情况相对也差；体育场地、器材、资金严重不足，限制了体育教学和课外体育活动的开展；早操和课间操情况较好，但课外体育锻炼、体育比赛情况较差。建议加强宣传教育，进一步加强小学体育师资队伍的建设提供相关依据和建议。 关键词：随州市；农村；乡镇；小学；体育；教师 Rural elementary school physical education teachers draws some conclusions about the investigation and analysis Abstract: using questionnaire, literature and statistics analysis methods for rural elementary school physical education teachers draws some conclusions about the investigation and analysis.
