Part II Intl Techl Trade Law Part II International Trade Law General Introduction to International Trade Law Law of International Trade of Goods Law of International Trade of Technology Law of International Trade in Service Law of International Trade of Technology General introduction International licensing agreement Government regulation on international trade of technology International Licensing Agreement Concept and characteristics Types Main clauses Restrictive business practices (限制性商业做法) Compulsory licenses (强制许可) Restrictive Business Practices (RBP) Concept of RBP Types of RBP Concept of Restrictive Business Practices Restrictive business practices means acts or behavior of enterprises which, through an abuse or acquisition and abuse of a dominant position of market power, limit access to markets or otherwise unduly restrain competition, having or being likely to have adverse effects on international trade, particularly that of developing countries, and on the economic development of these countries, or which, through formal, informal, written or unwritten agreements or arrangements among enterprises, have the same impact.
