基于STM32F4的交变磁场治疗系统研究ResearchofalternatingmagneticfieldtherapysystembasedonSTM32F4AbstractRelatedresearchshowsthatthealternatingmagneticfieldhasagreatinfluence onthemicrocirculation,osteoporosisandmeridian.Asthereisnomagnetictherapyinstrumentwithalternativemagneticfieldwhichhaswiderange,steplessadjustablefrequencyandsteplessadjustablemagneticinductiononthemarket,amedicalcompanycommissionedUStodesignanddevelopasystemtomeettheapplicationrequirements.Onthebasisofreferenceathomeandabroadonthetherapyinstnnnentandcombinedwithsystemrequirementsandrelatedtechnologies,finallythedesignschemeofalternatingmagneticfieldtherapydevicebasedonSTM32F4isdetermined.Thecontr01systemstartedfromthedecompositionofapplicationrequirementofalternatingmagnetictherapy instruments,thenavarietyofsolutionswereputforwardtorealizeeachsubdivisionoftherequirements,finallythebestsolutionofeachsubdivisionWasselected.Alotofworkwasdonetorealizethesystem,suchasthestudyandapplicationofembeddedreal-timeoperatingsystemuC/OS·II,thedesignanddebuggingofcircuitandprogramforserialportscreen,thedesignanddebuggingofprogramandalgorithmforSPWM,thedesignanddebuggingofprogramandcircuitforAD7606,thedesignanddebuggingofdrivercircuitforMOSFET,thedesignanddebuggingoftheserialdrivercircuitforDS18820,thedesignanddebuggingofcircuitforoppositetypeultrasonicmodule,thedesignanddebuggingofmultipleprotectioncircuitforrelaycontact,etc.Sometheorieswereappliedtoachievingthesystem,suchastheSPWMtheorytomodulatingtheoutputwaveformoftheinverter,helmholtzcoilstheorytoproducingtherequiredmagneticfieldspace,seriesresonancetheorytoaddcapacitorinseriestoloadcircuittoreducingreactancewhenthehigh-frequencycurrentthroughtheinductiveload,PIDalgorithmtheorytoimprovingthecontrolprecisionofmagneticinduction.Someimprovementsweremadetoincrease performanceofthesystem,forinstance,abipolarSPWMalgorithmwithdeadzonewasproposed,ahigh-qualityoutputinverter谢thvariablevoltageandvariablefrequencybasedonSTM32F4wasachieved,thesimpleandeffectiveinterlocksignalcircui
