桂林工学院硕士学位论文ABSTRACTClay resource is a sort of central raw material in the production of ceramics,clay丽th excellent plasticity in our Country has nearly dry up because of the excessive exploitation, most clay with bad plasticity can’t fulfil the request of the produce..Guangxi province is affluent in clay resource wim good plasticity like Weiluo ball clay and Nixing clay,but veryfew people are pay attention in the exploitation and research of the clay.In the process production of ceramics,it’S often has the problem that the rate of finished product is very lowbecause of the misuse of clay,it affect the benefit of the corporation badly.In he other side,in our country,energy consumption of the kiln and stove account for 25—40%of the whole energy consumption,the average of heat efficiency is only about 30%,SO exploit the technology of far-infrared beating has great meaning,at the same time,the request of high capability offar-infrared ceramics are moe important.So the study of capability of clay and far-infraredceramic has great practical meaning.Be base of a great many experimentation,we have summarize rule and conclusion in oBrresearch as follow:1.Aim at having high content of water containing and dryness shrinkage of ball clay,the utilization of the ball clay isn’t available.The paper studies the influence after adding Na2C03、Na2Si03 and composite deflocculant to ball clay and water’S system,the result shows that the best quantites of respective deflocculant is O.1%to the fluidity of ball clay water’S system,the adding of each deflocculant especially Na2COs Can improve the plasticity of theclay observably.The analyses of the mechanism show that the exist of organic hmoussubstance in the clay can affect the effect of deflocculant.2.The paper also studies the improvement of plastic character and the utilization of Nixing clay in special ceramic-making,the result shows that the adding of 5-1 0%ball clay can improve the plasticity greatly,the adding of 1 5-25%clay which
