ABSTRACTABSTRACT:In mobile telecommunication network management,the repeater monitoring has always been a relatively weakness.nle quantity of repeaters is very large with the wide distribution.And tile limited monitoring measures can not be unified because various manufacturers USe their own monitoring system SO that the network overall situation call not be effectively monitored and controlled.Especially,GuiZhou province has the complex landform and the signal is very difficult to be covered in the mountain area. Repeaters play a very important role for solving these mobile communication problems. And those repeater locations are relatively remote and difficult for manual staff to detect.This problem Can be solved by the design and implementation of the message exchangeplatform between repeaters and the monitoring system.The repeaters of different manufacturers Can be unified in the monitoring platform which Can realize the repeaterremote monitoring..T1lis paper particularly describes how to design and implement the unified interface platform under the Mobile Communication Network Management Interface Specification,followed by the research of the modular design,system interface designand system performance optimization in the implementation process.Firstly this paper discusses the background and Significance of platform construction,introduces thestatus of the mobile network management interface system construction anddemonstrates the significance ofbuilding this general information exchange platform bycontrast.Secondly,this paper describes the overall design of the platform and eachmodule including communication interface module,codec module and control moduleand the key technology in module design is described in detail.Finally this paper introduces the Message Queue technique which is the core of the platform.A series measures and methods adopted in system performance optimization in the course of the platform design and implementation ale also introduced.Tllis
