TheExperimentalStudyontheInfluenceofAddingSchreyeriteontheSinter’sQualityABSTRACTInthepaper,applying theanalyticandtestwayssuchasthemeltingcharacteristicstester,theopticalmicroscopeandtheservocontrolsystemuniversaltestingmachine,basedontherawmaterialsofsinterworkshopinShuichengSteelandIron(Group)Co.Ltd.,theinfluencethataddedvanadium-titaniummagnetiteandvanadium-titaniumhematiteonthemeltingcharacteristicsofsintermixedmaterial,sinterweightloss,volumeshrinkage,microstructureandanti-compressivestrengthwererespectivelystudiedbythemini-sinteringundertheconditionofdifferentbasicityandtemperature,aswellastheinter-relationship.Fromthestudy,addingvanadium-titaniummagnetiteandvanadium-titaniumhematitehasdifferenteffectiveinfluenceonthesinterqualityandtherelatedindicator.Whenthemixedmaterialsthataddedvanadium-titaniummagnetiteintoaresintered,withtheenhancingofschreyerite’saddingproportionthesinter’svolumeshrinkagehasbigchange,whichmakesthesinterstructureunstable.Binder-phasesuchascalciumferritedecreases,buttheslag-phaseandholesincrease,whichisadversetotheanti-compressivestrengthofsintersamples.However,afterthebacisityis enhancedproperlyina certain range,thisisadvantageoustoincrease thegeneratedquantityofcalciumferriteandobtainthesinterofgranularstructureandmeltingcorrosionstructure,whichcanimprovetheadverseinfluenceoftheincreasingoftheschreyerite’s adding proportion on the anti-compressivestrength.Whenthemixedmaterialsthataddedvanadium-titaniumhematiteintoaresintered,theshrinkageofsintersampleisdeclining,andthesilicateslag-phaseandholesofsinterincrease,andtherelativecontentofcalciumferritehasa certaindecreasewiththeincreasingofbacisity,whichisadversetoimprovesinterstrength.Thequantityofsinter’sbinder-phasebecomeslesswiththeincreasingofthevanadium-titaniumhematite’saddingproportion,whichisadvantageoustoimprovingsinterstrength.Thesinteranti-compressivestrengthisbasicallyupgoingwiththeincreasingofvanadium-titaniumhematite’saddingproportion,andisdecliningwiththeincreasingofthemixe
