AbstractA bstractInrecentyears,Zhejiangforeigntradedevelopm entisveryrapid,Ithasbecom eChinasforeigntradeexportprovince,nomatterontheabsolutequantity,incrementalIthasmadegreatprogress,meanwhileitnotonlyprovidesasolidfoundationandguaranteefortheZhejiangprovincedevelopmentofnationaleconomy andtheimprovementofopeningtotheoutsideto，butalsoprovidesthevaluableexperienceandgooddemonstration.However,Zhejiangphenomenoninspiredpeopletothinkdeeplyforeigntrade”miracle”inZhejiangprovince.Zhejiangforeigntradem iraclesm ainlyreflectsintwo aspectsofquantityeffectandstructuraleffect,butthelattertendalways be ignored.Basedontherelatedtheoryofexporttradestructure,Thispaperadoptsthecombinationofqualitativeandquantitativemethods,Firstofall，from below threeaspectsthemacro，internalandexportscompetitivestructureonquantitative，thepaperanalysesthecurrentsituationofexportcommoditystructureinZhejiangprovince.Secondly,thethesismakestheempiricalanalysisoftheindustrialstructureofexportcommoditystructureontheinfluenceoftheeconomyofZhejiangprovince.Further,byconstructingtheexportcommoditystructureoptimizationindexsystem,usingthefactoranalysismethod,thep aperm easuresthechangetrendofexportcom moditystructureofZhejiangprovince.Studiesshow thatalthoughtheexportcommoditystructureinZhejiangprovincerevealedatrendofcontinuousoptimization,ithasthefollowingproblem:exportproducttechnologycontentislow;Exportsmainlytraditionallabor-intensiveproducts,high-techproductstocarrytheburdenofexport,theaddedvalueofexportproductsmostofthemareverylow ,atthesametime,Highresourceconsumptionproductsexportmodelhasnotbeenfundamentalchanged.Inviewofthissituation,thispaperintheendputforwardthepolicysuggestionshowtooptimizethemixofexportcommoditiesinZhejiangprovince,itisthatonlyfurtherrealizetheexportstructureandindustrialstructureoptimization,realizetheeffectiveunityoftradeenvironmentandsocietytotheoptimizethemixofexportcomm oditiessoas torealizethechangeofZhejiangforeigntradegrowthmode.in东华大学旭日工商管理学院经济学硕士学位论文KEY W ORDS：Expor
