Therefore, pay attention to the status quo of China#039;s accounting personnel quality, improve the quality of accounting personnel, to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy. This paper first analyzes the status of the quality of accounting personnel, and then puts forward the countermeasures; the third part analyzes the function of accounting occupation moral and basic characteristics, discusses the basic ways of accounting occupation moral construction, the fourth part analyzes the reason of the accountant occupation morals landslide, and then analyzes the response measures. Finally, improve the occupation moral quality of accounting personnel should take measures, rebuild the accounting occupation moral.
