本科生毕业设计（论文） 摘 要 自动分类输送机分检系统是第二次世界大战后在美国、日本和欧洲的物流配 送中心广泛采用的一种分检系统，目前已经成为发达国家大中型物流中心不可缺 少的一部分。邮箱分检装置设计是自动分检的一种方式，其结构共分为以下几大 部分： 一、机械机构的设计与计算，主要介绍了输送带、滚筒、托辊、电动机、V 带、减速器、联轴器等的选用和计算； 二、气压系统的整体设计与气压元件的选用和计算，整体设计包括气压系统 原理图的绘制，气压回路的构成，气压原件的选择主要为气压缸、气压泵、气压 阀等各类元件； 三、控制部分的设计，其中包括了控制器的选用、控制流程图的绘制、硬件 电路图的绘制、控制程序的编写，在硬件电路图的设计中根据机械部分设计时所 要求实现的功能来确定芯片的选用。 此外，本论文可参详机械图进行对照分析，可作为该设计装置的说明使用。 关键词：带式输送机；条码扫描仪；自动分检；气压缸 I 本科生毕业设计（论文） II 本科生毕业设计（论文） Abstract Automatic classification of conveyor sorting system is one that is widely used in logistics and distribution center of the United States ， Japan，and European countries after World War II. Recently, it has become an integral part in multi- media logistics center of the developed countries. Mail sorting equipment design is an automatic means of sorting, whose structure is divided into the following parts: The first part is about the design and calculation of the mechanics structure, which mainly introduces the selection of conveyor expansion, cylinder, carrier roller, electric motor, V belt, decelerator as well as coupling.
