强化企业财务管理　提高企业运营质量 摘要 随着社会主义市场经济的健全和发展，企业财务管理显得越来越重要。财务管理是企业管理的核心，企业财务管理水平的高低直接制约着企业其他管理水平。同时，财务管理也是深化企业改革、规范建立现代企业制度过程中的一项重要工作。强化企业财务管理，提高企业运营质量已成为现代企业的工作重心。本文从对财务管理的整体认识出发，根据对现代企业发展的了解，说明强化企业财务管理的意义。再结合目前我国大型企业和中小型企业财务管理现状及存在问题的分析，从企业财务管理目标、资金管理、内部财务工作以及财务关系四个方面总结出强化企业财务管理，提高企业运营质量的措施。现代企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地必须强化企业财务管理，提高企业运营质量。 关键词：财务管理　运营质量　企业　 Abstract: Along with the perfect and the development of socialist market economy, the enterprise financial control appears more and more important. The financial control is the core of business management, the enterprise financial control level is restricting the enterprise other management levels directly. At the same time, the financial control is also important work of deepens enterprise reform and making the modern enterprise system process in a standard establishment. The strengthened enterprise financial control and improves the enterprise operation quality become the center work of the modern enterprise. This article beginning with the knows to the financial control whole embarks, according to understanding which develops to the modern enterprise, to show the significance of strengthening enterprise financial control. Then combine the analysis of the present financial control situation and the problem of which the major industry and the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, from the enterprise financial control goal, the fund management, internal financial work as well as the finance relates four aspects to summarize the measure of the strengthened enterprise financial control and improves the enterprise operation quality.
