摘 要
对食盐中的元素全分析,利用氧化还原法测定碘的含量,沉淀法测定氯的含量,火焰光度法测定钠钾,分光光度法测定铁含量,比色管法测定钡。结果表明:碘含量29.88 mg/kg,氯含量为598.9g/Kg,钠含量为380.4g/kg,钾含量为299.7mg/kg,铁含量为0.9457mg/kg,钡含量不超过20mg/kg,均符合国家标准。
关键词In this paper, elements ,Cl,Na,K,Fe,Ba is analysied by different methods in edible salt. The results showed all the elements which has been analysied in the experiment is suitable for the Standard of Nation. The results of analysis for edible salt are satisfactory.

第一章 前言
食盐:烹饪中最常用的调味料,中国有一句古语:“开门七件事,柴、米、油、盐、酱、醋、茶”。可见其在人们生活中的地位。盐的学名为氯化钠(化学式NaCl),白色结晶体,吸湿性强,应存放与干燥处。食盐也是人体正常的生理活动不可缺少的物质,每人每天3~5克[1]。食盐在自然界里分布很广。海水里含有丰富的食盐。盐湖盐井和盐矿中也蕴藏着食盐。我国有极为丰富的食盐资源。
