Unit2 What should I do?(第1课时) 初中英语(人教版)八年级下册Unit2 绍兴县实验中学 陆强 教材分析 句型:’t you…? 教学重点 情态动词should的用法。 教学难点 the same as 教学目标 能力目标知识目标(1) 情态动词should的用法。 (2) 比较级的用法。 (3) 否定前缀的了解。 情感策略、文化等有关目标了解自己的教学方法与原则 直观教学法、情景教学、任务型教学法突出交际性、趣味性,注重启发式从学生的实际生活经验出发,在用中学、在做中学 1.知识基础: 绝大部分学生掌握的词汇、语句还少,缺少语言基础,表达的句子也较单一,对任务的完成还会有一定的难度。 2.认知心理:一般都有较强的求知欲和表现欲,但基础参差不齐,因此部分学生会有害怕表达等思想顾虑。 3.思维能力: 该年龄段的学生有很强的记忆力和模仿能力,有待培养知识的扩展和运用的能力。 教学策略 1.指导学生做好预习2.通过形式,让学生确立“用中、做中、交流中学习英语”的理念。? 录音机、电脑? 教学设想 从学生的学习兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径,发展学生的综合语言运用能力。学生在解决任务的过程中,经历了为用而学,用中学,学了就用等环节,使英语学习的过程成为培养学生实际语言运用能力的过程,真正体现“学以致用”的原则。 Period I? Get the students to practice the similar conversations according to their real conditions. Then get some pairs to act out their conversations. Step 2. Leading-in Practice using the target language. Ask a student to read the sentences aloud. Call attention to the words original, comfortable, inexpensive, ask students: Which of these statements are not important? Which of these statements are very important? Give the students several minutes to fill in the chart, and then check answers with the whole class when they finish. Step 3. Pair work Do activity 1b. Explain the situation to the students and give them time to think about what they think of. The activity should generate different choices and opinions. Thus making it a good opportunity for discusses. Tell the students to work in groups. Ask them to describe the importance of choice of the clothes and then decide on the three most important ones.
