促销合作确认书 Promotion Cooperation Confirmation 促销合作确认书（确认书” ）由作为正在谈判中的2010 商品合同或2010 代销合同（统称为 商品合同”） 一方的供应商出具给作为合同另一方的家乐福商业公司( “家乐福”)。 确认书中所提及的家乐福商业公 司系指作为商品合同一方的并在 确认书附件一列名的城市中开设有商店的家乐福商业公司。 This Promotion Cooperation Confirmation (the Confirmation”) is issued by the Supplier, as a party to the 2010 Merchandise Contract or 2010 Contract for Consignment Sales (together the Merchandise Contract”) being negotiated on, to the Carrefour Commercial Companies ( Carrefour ), the counterpart to the same contracts.
