The standard will be executed from November 1, 1992. This standard is subject to the administration of China Construction Science Research Institute under the leadership of the Construction Ministry, and the Construction Corporation of Hubei Province is responsible for relevant interpretations. This standard is organized to be published by the Standard Research Institute of the Construction Ministry.
