Follow Superhero Sleeve pattern. RECCO Placement: Attach the RECCO reflector to the right sleeve of the jacket, approximately 70 ~ 100 mm (2 ?” ~ 4” ) below the shoulder. (It may be hidden or exposed – designers choice) Attach the reflector on the outside of the garment and the foam on the inside. The foam must be placed between the reflector and the body, to enable the reflector to work with 100% efficiency. When exposed, Recco wording should be positioned with RECCO at bottom. When RECCO is hidden on a 2L, it should be stitched to lining. If RECCO is hidden on a 3L jacket, RECCO should be taped in place. * * Jacket Features Drawcord Hem Adjustment System All fabric shockcord tunnels should have a Taffeta tunnel lining inside hem facing to smoothly channel the cord. See additional details. Grommets are set 1” apart. Mens straddle the side seams. Womens are set 1” forward from the side seam (to reduce bulk at hips). Hem has Shell fabric facing, clean finished and doubles at tunnel Hem shockcord travels through 3” Shell tunnel Tunnel is small enough so cord end does not pull out * * Jacket Features Dual Cinch Hem Adjustment System Exit Into Pocket Bag All fabric shockcord tunnels should have a Taffeta tunnel lining inside hem facing to smoothly channel the cord.
