籽棉的采购物流中的文献综述 摘要：棉花是棉区农村的主要经济来源，也是各类纺织企业的主要原料，它是关系国计民生的重要战略资源。我国对棉花的质量检验体制改革越来越深入，针对棉花的各类研究成为学术界的一大趋势。物流作为第三利润源泉已成为各方最为关注的重点。采购物流作为基础物流是企业物流的起点。采购物流是关乎着企业成本的最有力的支架。 本文运用文献分析的方法，对籽棉物流，采购物流，采购物流成本的概念进行了界定。本文同样根据各类数据的收集整理和分析，利用模糊综合评价分析法发现盛桥镇实际的籽棉采购物流中存在的缺陷。从而得出优化籽棉采购物流的若干建议。 希望通过本文的研究能够盛桥镇的籽棉采购物流起到指导性意见，使得盛桥镇的农民将棉花卖的满意和棉花加工企业以最优服务和最低成本完成采购目标，从而实现共赢。同意希望本文研究能对其他地方的籽棉收购起到借鉴作用，能够对我国的棉花物流研究提供一点思路。 关键词：采购物流；籽棉收购；物流分析 Abstract:Cotton is the main economic source of recorded in the countryside, but also the main raw material of all kinds of textile enterprises, it is the important strategic resources of national economy and peoples livelihood. Cotton quality inspection system reform in China is more and more deep, deal with all kinds of cotton became one of the main research trend. Logistics as the third profit source has become the focus of most attention. Procurement logistics as the foundation logistics is the starting point of enterprise logistics. Procurement logistics is also the most powerful support of the enterprise cost. This paper USES the methods of literature analysis, the seed cotton logistics, procurement, logistics, purchasing, the concept of logistics cost is defined. This article also according to the collection of all kinds of data and analysis, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used to detect the actual ChengQiao town of seed cotton purchase the defects existing in the logistics. Thus some Suggestions about optimization of seed cotton purchase logistics. Hope that through this article research can ChengQiao town seed cotton purchase logistics serve as guidance, make the farmers to sell cotton ChengQiao town of satisfaction and cotton processing enterprises with the best service and the lowest cost to complete procurement objectives, so as to realize win-win.
