内容摘要 本文是对年产5.5万吨环氧乙烷/乙二醇车间环氧乙烷合成工段的工艺设计。本设计依据中国石油天燃气有限责任公司抚顺石化乙烯分厂环氧乙烷生产工段的工艺过程,在实际生产理论的基础上,制定合理可行的设计方案。 本文主要阐述了环氧乙烷在国民经济中的地位和作用、工业生产方法、生产原理、工艺流程。采用excel工作表对主要设备如:混合器、反应器、环氧乙烷吸收塔、二氧化碳吸收系统,环氧乙烷解吸塔,冷凝器,脱轻组分塔等进行物料衡算,对环氧乙烷反应器,进料-产品第一换热器,冷却器等六个设备进行热量衡算,并对环氧乙烷反应器和换热器进行设备计算。对脱轻组分塔进行了详细的设备计算和校核,确定了操作参数、设备类型和材质,使用CAD绘制相应的工艺流程图。最后对此工艺过程可能存在的安全隐患及相应措施做了简要说明。 关键词:环氧乙烷;工艺流程;反应器; Abstract In this paper, the refinery stage technological design of epoxyethane /ethylene glycol workshop was described, which was based on the output of 55,000 ton epoxyethane per year. This design was based on the technics process of China Petroleum and natural gas limited liability company in Fushun Ethylene Plant workshop, the feasible design scheme was set down according to the theory of practicality production. In this paper, the position and the function in the national economy, the produce methods in industry, the principle of produce, process were interpred. For the main equipments such as:mixtor, reactor, the absorb tower of epoxyethane,the absorb system of carbon dioxide,the stripper of epoxyethane,condenser, the dehydrogenation components of the tower etc. calculating of material balance were done by using microsoft excel, calculation of energy balance were carried on for the epoxyethane reactor, heat exchanger,and condenser etc six equipments in all. And equipment calculations for reactor, heat exchanger etc .The dehydrogenation components of the tower were carried on detailed equipment calculations and checking. The parameters, equipments types and material were confirmed, by using CAD corresponding technics process chart for the high purity epoxyethane rectifier was draw. Finally, a brief explanation to the most possible existed dangers and correspond measures for the production process were given.
