某通用机器厂供配电系统 电气设计 作者姓名: 专业名称:电气工程及其自动化 指导教师: 摘要 众所周知,电能是现代工业生产的主要能源和动力,电能具有易于与其他形式的能源相互转化,输送分配简单经济,便于控制、调节和测量等一系列优点。电能在现代工业生产及整个国民经济生活中应用极为广泛,因此,做好工厂供配电设计具有十分重要的意义。 本文主要针对某通用机器厂供配电系统,介绍负荷的分析计算、配电方案的确定、高低压配电设备及成套设备的选择、变压器的台数、容量及变电所主接线方案的确定、电气设备校验、电气设备的布置方案、继电保护、二次回路及防雷与接地、变电所电气照明等。 通过对本次设计的研究,进一步了解国家有关的方针政策、设计标准和设计规范,同时将理论与实际相结合,初步掌握一般工程设计的基本方法和步骤,进一步培养理论联系实际的能力,为将来从事工厂供配电工作奠定初步的基础。 关键词:工厂供电 电力负荷 变压器 Abstract It is well known, the electrical energy is the modern primary energy and power in modern industry production. The electrical energy transforms with other form energy, control, adjustment and survey easy. It’s transportation assignment is simple and economical, and so on a series of merits. The electrical energy applies extremely widely in the modern industry production and the entire national economy life .Therefore, completes the significance for the power distribution design of the factory is very important. In the electrical power distribution system, mainly conclude analysis computation of the embody load, the determination of the power distribution plan, the choices of high pressure and low pressure equipment and the complete set of equipment, determined the number of the transformers, the capacity and the plan of transformer substation, carries on the short circuit on the verification, the consideration of the electrical equipments arrangement , also may include the relay protection, the secondary circuit and anti-radar with the earth, also may include the transformer substation electric lighting. Through the design, we can learn more about the principle of state policy, standards and specifications of design, at the same time, connect theory with practice, initially grasp the basic methods and steps of general engineering design, cultivate the ability to integrate theory with practice furthermore, lay the preliminary basis for engaging in the work of the factorys power distribution in the future.
