Globalization The definition of globalization 1).Globalization is the system of interaction among the countries of the world in order to develop the global economy. 2).Globalization refers to the integration of economics and societies all over the world. 3).Globalization involves technological, economic, political, and cultural exchanges made possible largely by advances in communication, transportation, and infrastructure. Globalization of the Economy Advances in communication , transportation and technology combined with free-market ideology have given goods, services, and capital unprecedented mobility. International Trade and Development Capitalist economic theory holds that a completely liberalized global market is the most efficient way to foster growth, because globalization offer each country specializing in producing the goods and services a stage to compete with each other so that they would try to advance themselves. The origin of globalization Northern countries want to open world markets to their goods and take advantage of abundant, cheap labour in the South. Despite all of the problems globalization has caused, I’m strong holding that it’s a double-edged sword. So we can’t ignore the benefits of globalization. Effects of Globalization According to economists, there are a lot of global events connected with globalization and integration. Therefore， globalization has caused benefits in many fields. 1.?? Improvement of International Trade. Because of globalization, the number of countries where products can be sold or purchased has increased dramatically. 2.? Technological Progress. Because of the need to compete and be competitive globally, governments have upgraded their level of technology . 3.? Increasing Influence of Multinational Companies.
