日产吨熟料水泥厂烧成系统窑尾工艺设计.doc

摘要 本次设计是针对5000t/d孰料新型干法生产线烧成车间窑尾工艺设计，窑尾系统是由CDC分解炉、旋风筒、连接管道及附件组成。本次设计的主要内容有： 1.配料计算 2.生产过程和主机选型 3.计算和确定带悬浮预热器的新型回转窑和悬浮预热器的型号及规格，以及窑尾气体平衡的计算，同时还编写了全厂工艺流程概述和本次毕业设计的评述及展望。 4.计算机绘图 5.撰写说明书。另外本次设计采用了目前国内外水泥行业相对较为先进的技术和设备，最大限度降低能耗、降低基建投资，有最大限度提高产量，做到环保，技术先进指标先进、合理。 关键词：新型干法生产线， 悬浮预热器，CDC分解炉，电收尘 Abstrct This design is aim end of kiln technics for 5000t/d ripe material new type dry process calcination worshop ,The end of kiln is composed of CDC break down furnace 、cyclone canister 、joint pipeline and attachment (box for sprinkling powder 、flap trap 、system of blow and block up ,and so on ). The main content of this design cotain:1,Calculation of ingredient 、calculation of material balance \calculation of repository and calculation heat balance; 2,choose type of main processor and auxiliary machinery for factory ;3,technological design for calculation workshop ;4,The characteristic of technics disposal for factory ;5,Charting by computer ;6, Writing specification .On the other side ,the design the technology and requirement of which are relatively adavanced in national and International cement industry ,It could maxium decrease the energy consumption and investment of capital construction ,In the same time it also maximum enhance the yield and quality , satisfy the requirement of protecting environment and the technical economic index advanced and reasonable .
