This article through to the Nanjing following wind express logistics development data related to the investigation and the analysis, obtained the logistics distribution center management process of external and internal process problems, and then put forward the feasible scheme to solving the problem, and the main existing problems in detail. 【Key word】Downwind express; logistics development; data survey 前 言 随着社会的逐步发展与进步,人们越来越多的发现这个社会离不开物流,因此现如今的物流业务也在逐步的改进与发展。但是,仍有些问题滞后于社会的步伐,针对此问题,我对物流业务的流程进行了相应的分析,想从这其中找到滞后的原因,并重构改进方案,以适应社会发展的脚步。以下,以顺丰速运公司为例,对物流业务流程进行可行性的分析,并进行相关的重构。 一、业务流程分析的概述 (一)业务流程分析的简介 Business Process Analysis(BPA),即业务流程分析,是对业务功能分析的进一步细化,从而得到业务流程图即TFD (Transaction Flow Diagram ),是一个反映企业业务处理过程的“流水帐本”。帮助确定流程工作与合作建模的基本要素,更好地分析理解其同其他要素的关系,例如业务目标、业务策略、面对的问题、产生的影响、组织机构参与者或者相关的企业架构。业务流程分析主要是定义项目的
