兰州交通大学毕业设计(论文) - PAGE XXI - - PAGE II - 摘 要 随着我国工业和经济的发展,电力电子器件的应用取得了突飞猛进的发展,同时对电力电子技术的应用和创新也在不断的提高。电力电子技术是应用于广泛领域最活跃的技术,并使用电力电子器件及其技术对电能进行变换和控制。直流整流器是以电力电子技术为基础发展起来的。它是利用电力电子技术的基本特点之一:以小信号输入控制很大的功率输出,放大倍数极大,这就是电力电子设备成为强、弱电之间的接口基础。利用这一特点能获得节能、高产、高效、高可靠性、安全的良好效益。 本设计主要介绍三段桥直流整流电路及其工作原理、波形、参数计算,并根据参数值选择所用晶闸管、二极管等设备。其次介绍了晶闸管的触发电路和构成触发电路的各个环节的工作状况,以及相对于主电路的各种保护电路的设计及其参数的计算,并且根据所算出的各种参数值确定所用器件的额定值,最后通过Matlab Simulink进行仿真。 关键词:电力电子技术;晶闸管;三段桥;整流器;MATLAB Abstract With the rapid development of our country’s industry and economy,the electricity used in the device continuously increased,Meanwhile the power electronics technology applications and innovations being constantly improved.Power electronics technology has been applied to the field of electric power technology is the use of electricity to power electronic devices for the transformation and control technology operation.The direct current rectifier is developed on basis of the power electronic technology.It is one of the power electronic technology essential features:By the small signal input control very big power output,the enlargement factor is enormous, this is why the power electronic installed between the strongly and weakness as a connection.One can obtain the energy conservation that the high production,highly effective,redundant reliability and the safe good benefit by the use of this characteristic. Presentation on the design of the main bridge DC rectifier circuit and its working principles,waveform,parameter calculation,and in accordance with choice of parameter values used by the thyristor,diodes and other devices.Second on the trigger thyristor circuit and a trigger circuit in the various segments of working conditions,as well as in relation to the main circuit protection circuit design and the calculation of parameters,and in accordance with the calculated values of the parameters determined by the devices rating.
