戊酸雌二醇与避孕药治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察 作者：周俏苗 单位：海南省人民医院产科,海南 海口 【摘要】目的：探讨戊酸雌二醇片或妈富隆治疗青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法：2007年3月～2009年5月我院收治的108例青春期功血患者随机分为对照组（52例）和治疗组（56例），对照组应用戊酸雌二醇片，治疗组应用妈富隆，观察两组临床疗效。结果：经治疗后，治疗组控制出血与完全止血时间均优于对照组(Plt;0.05)，即妈富隆治疗效果优于戊酸雌二醇片。结论：应用妈富隆治疗青春期功血，疗效显著，使用方便，不良反应少，患者易于接受。 【关键词】 青春期，功能性子宫出血；戊酸雌二醇片；妈富隆 　　Effects of estradiol valerate tablets or contraceptives on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients 　　ZHOU Qiaomiao 　　(Hainan Provincial Peoples Hospital Haikou 570311, China) View from specialist: It is creative, and of certain scientific and educational value. ［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets or contraceptives (Marvelon) in the treatment of acute bleeding episode of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients. Methods: 108 adolescent cases with dysfunctional uterine bleeding cases who visited our hospital during March 2007 and May 2009 were randomized into control group (52 cases) and treatment group (56 cases). Estradiol valerate tablets were given to the control group, while marvelon were given to the treatment group. The therapeutic effects of these two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, effects of bleeding control and duration of complete hemostasis in the treatment group were better than that of the control group (Plt;0.05) indicating the efficacy of maevelon was superior to that of estradiol valerate tablet. Conclusion: Marvelon shows significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It is convenient for administration with less toxic side effect and is acceptable to patients. ［KEY WORDS］ Adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding; Estradiol valerate tablets; Marvelon 青春期功能性子宫出血(功血)是青春期女性的一种常见的功能性疾病，在月经初潮1年内，80%的月经为无排卵型月经，初潮后2～4年内无排卵型月经占30%～55%，初潮5年时还有近20%月经为无排卵型。青春期功血严重影响患者的身心键康，甚至危及生命。药物止血是治疗的主要手段，对青春期功血的治疗一直采用雌激素或雌孕激素联合治疗，为探讨更有效的止血方法，本文回顾性分析我院收治的108例青春期功血合并中重度贫血患者应用戊酸雌二醇(补佳乐)和口服避孕药(妈富隆)的疗效，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选
