抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响 作者：李春华,陈宝川,何秋萍 单位：福建省泉州市儿童医院，福建 泉州 362000 【摘要】目的：探讨抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法：存活早产儿54例，胎龄28～36周，按家长意愿分为抚触组28例和对照组26例。抚触组在婴儿病情稳定后开始进行抚触。一般在沐浴后或喂奶前安静时给予抚触，操作过程中不时与婴儿进行情感交流。每天2次 ，每次15 min左右。结果：两组早产儿分别于1，3，6月龄随访，抚触组生长发育明显优于对照组（P均lt;0.05）。结论：抚触能促进婴儿对营养物质的吸收、消化和利用，有助于安定情绪和减少焦虑，有利于体重的增加，头围和身长增长也明显加速。婴儿抚触是一项有益于婴儿健康的医疗护理技术，其方法简单、有效，应大力推广。 【关键词】 婴儿 早产 生长发育 按摩 护理 　　Influence of caresses touches on the growth and development of premature infant 　　LI ChunHua， CHEN Baochuan， HE Qiuping 　　(Quanzhou Childrens Hospital of Fujian Province Quanzhou 362000,China) 　　［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To study the influence of caresses touches on the growth and development of premature infant. Methods: Fiftyfour cases of survival premature infant with gestational age 28～36 weeks were divided into trial group(n=28) and control group(n=26) . The premature infants in trial group were caress touched with emotion communication after bath or at the quiet time before feeding, 2 times daily, 15 minutes or so each time; the premature infants in control group didnt received extra care. Results: The premature infants in the two groups were follow-up in 1,3,6 months, whose development in the trial group were significantly better than those in control group(all Plt;0.05). Conclusion: Caress touches can facilitate the absorption, digestion and utilization of nutrients, benefit mood tranquility and diminish anxiety, benefit body weight gaining, increase the growth of body length and head circumference. Caress touches is a simple and effective nursing skill which may benefit the health of infants, its worthy of spreading. 　　［KEY WORDS］ Infant, Premature birth； Growth and development; Caresses touches; Nursing 　　抚触作为一种新型的保健技术，已成为泉州市儿童医院新生儿科的一项诊疗护理常规。为探讨抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响，进行了本次调查研究。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　2005年5月～2007年5月收住新生儿科的资料完整的存活早产儿54例，胎龄28～36周。除外先天畸形和先天代谢疾病。按家长意愿分为抚触组28例和对照组26例。两组早产儿孕周、体重、身长、头围差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。 　　1.2 方法 　　两组早产儿均按常规进行治疗及护理。 　　抚触组病情稳定后开始进行抚触。住院期间由医务人员进行操作，并对父母进行培训和指导，强调抚触可以促进婴儿的生长发育、减少后遗症的发生
