护理干预对子宫颈癌根治术患者影响的临床研究 作者：凌秀兰,陈兰卿 单位：广东省深圳市第四人民医院妇产科，广东 深圳 518033 【摘要】目的探讨围手术期护理干预对宫颈癌根治术患者的临床效果。方法：将52例患者随机分成观察组30例和对照组22例，对照组按宫颈癌根治术常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预，观察两组患者术前焦虑、术后尿潴留及泌尿系感染情况。结果：对照组患者残余尿量为(123.5plusmn;23.7)ml，发生尿潴留8例，观察组患者残余尿量为(66.1plusmn;11.2)ml，发生尿潴留1例，两组患者残余尿量及尿潴留发生率比较，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。对照组发生泌尿系感染5例，观察组发生泌尿系感染1例，两组患者发生率比较，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。两组患者术前焦虑情况比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：围手术期综合护理干预可减少术后并发症的发生率，促进术后康复，提高患者的生活质量。 【关键词】 宫颈癌根治术;护理干预;围手术期 Clinical research on the effects of nursing intervention on patients underwent radical correction of carcinoma cervicis 　　LING Xiu-lan,CHEN Lan-qing (Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the Fourth Peopleprime;s Hospital of Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518033，China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of on patients underwent perioperative nursing intervention radical correction of carcinoma cervicis .MethodTotal 52 carcinoma cervicis patients were divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=20). The usual care was practiced in the control group，while composite nursing intervention was enforced in the observation group. Preoperative anxiety，uroschesis and urinary system infection after operation were observed.ResultsThe residual urine volume of the control group was (123.5plusmn;23.7)ml，while (66.1plusmn;11.2)ml in the observation group. The cases of uroschesis were 8 in the control group，while 1 in the observation group. The cases of urinary system infection were 5 in the control group，while 1 in the observation group.
