护生“三维立体式”心理健康教育模式的研究
【摘要】
目的 探索“三维立体式”心理健康教育模式对护生心理健康的影响。方法 从8个护士班中随机抽取4个班为实验班,4个班为对照班。对实验班采取建立监测保健教育三个系统、运用课堂教学心理辅导心理咨询三种方式、达到矫治预防发展三个目的的立体教育模式进行为期1年的干预,对照班为常规模式。以症状自评量表(SCL90)为工具,在实验前后对两班被试进行测查。结果 干预前两班SCL90总均分及各因子分明显高于国内常模(P001),差异有显著性意义。与对照班比,除敌对因子外其余差异无显著性意义。筛查阳性率为338%。主要心理问题为强迫、焦虑、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对等。干预后实验班与干预前及与对照班干预后比较,除躯体化、恐怖两因子外,其余项目差异有显著或非常显著意义(P005,P001)。结论 本模式对护生的心理健康产生了良好影响。

Abstract: Objective It was studied that the effect of education model on mental health for nursing students. Methods 8 nursing classes were divided into 2 classes at random. The study class had been intervened by the three-dimensions of mental education model for a year. Other class was collected as control. The effects were assessed with SCL90 before and after intervention in both classes. Results Before intervention, SCL90 average of two classes and every subscore of the study class were higher than the whole country common model (P001), but no remarkable difference compared with those of control,except opposition. That screening positive rate was 338%.The main mental problems were compulsion, anxious, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and opposition, etc. It was found that there were remarkable difference or very remarkable difference (P005,P001) among many subscores, except body and terror, before and after intervention in the study class ,and there also were remarkable difference or very remarkable difference in both classes after intervention. Conclusion This education model has had a positive influence on the mental health of nursing students.
