探讨住院精神分裂症患者的健康教育 【摘要】 目的：探究健康教育对住院精神分裂症患者的临床意义。方法：按入院日期将220例患者随机分组,双日入院为研究组,单日为对照组。两组的一般资料比例均衡，两组均给予治疗，对照组给予常规的健康教育，研究组根据病情和患者的需要，应用临床路径进行有时间、有步骤、有计划的健康教育。采用自制健康教育内容设计问卷、护理工作满意度的调查表，对出院患者进行测试。结果：研究组健康教育达标率比对照组高，经x2检验差异有统计学意义；研究组对护理工作的满意度比对照组高，经x2检验有统计学意义。结论：通过健康教育可以提高患者的依从性,减轻患者心理负担，对自身疾病有正确的认识 ，增强患者自我护理的意识，增加各种治疗的效果，减少疾病的复发；提高护士的业务水平、自身素质及护理质量；加强了护士与患者的沟通，增进了护士和患者的关系。 【关键词】 住院；精神分裂症；健康教育 Discussion of hospitalization in patients with schizophrenia health education LIU Xi-fen, SUN Wei (Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province Mental Hospital, Jiangsu 221006, China) 【Abstract】 Objective：Inquires into the health education to in hospital schizophrenia patients clinical significance.
